We stopped last night before reaching Valbondione to eat a pizza and we've been frequenting it for a while now. Delicious pizza, made by the owner, precise service, friendly environment. Yesterday we were with our dog and it was accepted without problems... in fact in the end, when it was time to pay, the owner also wanted to greet her by joking with her. Bar Trota is now a fixed stop when we are in Valbondione.

I tasted the tourist menu. All excellent and with generous portions. I tried the gnocchi with speck and the braised wild boar with polenta. The menu also includes wine, water and coffee.

A place I know has been around for a few decades. Decades of tradition, very friendly manager, very kind family management. The pizza consumed was excellent, with truly excellent quality ingredients. It may not be trendy, but what is offered is worth ten times its price. Optimal.

Excellent pizza! The dough is excellent (tasty and light, and doesn't leave you dry in the mouth), and very abundant with good toppings!Also very kind for take-away pizzas, even in large numbers, just book them a little in advance. Plus really honest prices.

Best pizza in the area, good dough, the portion is perfect, you don't feel like you've overeaten / feel full afterwards.We went multiple times and tried a variation of pizza, my favorite is quattro formaggi with extra porcini.Not all the personal speak english, but they are friendly and willing to help.
